Cordillera Remodel

Cordillera Remodel

A modern bedroom with a wooden headboard, two patterned pillows, and a gray cushion on a white bed. A bedside table holds a ceramic lamp, white flowers, and a small green plant.

Tucked in the scenic mountain community of Cordillera in Edwards, Colorado, this home underwent a dramatic transformation—from heavy, traditional interiors to a light-filled, modern retreat. Design Director Lisa Yates led the charge with an eye for refinement and a focus on the client’s unique personality, ensuring every detail felt considered and cohesive.

This extensive remodel included a full furnishings update, seamlessly blending timeless materials with clean lines and layered textures. The result is a home that feels elevated yet welcoming, grounded in its mountain setting while reflecting a fresh, contemporary perspective.
