Edwards Refurnish Project

This Edwards home is a testament to how thoughtfully selected furnishings can transform a space. By curating new pieces and reimagining room layouts, our team elevated both style and function, creating interiors that reflect our clients’ lifestyle while honoring the home’s mountain architecture.

The homeowners purchased the property furnished but longed for a brighter, more personal environment—a true reflection of their taste. With a family gathering on the horizon, timing was critical. Together, we designed a fast-track plan built around quick-ship, transitional furnishings that would come together seamlessly without compromising style.

Reimagining the Main Living Spaces

Our clients prioritized the living, dining, and sitting rooms. We began by presenting multiple layout options to optimize flow and functionality. Once a plan was in place, we collaborated on every detail—fabrics, paint, furniture, and accessories—ensuring each choice contributed to a cohesive, elevated whole.

Layered Neutrals with Lasting Quality

The design embraced a neutral palette of cream tones, anchored by performance perennial fabrics for durability and longevity. To add depth and texture, we layered tactile details such as a shearling accent atop the living room rug, creating warmth and comfort without straying from the clean, contemporary aesthetic.

“The client’s taste is clean and contemporary, so it was fun to blend that aesthetic in a more transitional way that complements the construction of the home. We also layered in a few of the existing pieces the client loved to make the spaces feel cohesive with the rest of the home,” our design team shared.

A Seamless Balance of Old and New

The result is a timeless refresh—spaces that are both functional and inviting, layered with new and existing elements that reflect the clients’ personality and style. With careful curation and collaboration, the home now feels ready to host both family gatherings and everyday living with ease.
