Nestled in a serene corner of Summit County, a hidden gem awaits. Perched against a picturesque cliff, a single lot sits high above the shores of Lake Dillon with sweeping views of the entire county. Such a location meant endless building opportunities for a client with a grand vision for their mountain home. Together with Collective Design and Pinnacle Mountain Homes, they are seizing the opportunity to design and build an extraordinary home.Â
Here, we give you a look into the impressive beginnings of one of our remarkable ongoing builds. Boasting an impressive 20,000 square feet, this home has a staggering list of luxury amenities that includes a pool, full arcade, theater room, and a 4-car garage, just to name a few. Positioned as the only house on this exceptional lot, it offers unparalleled privacy and world-class views.
Envisioning the Home
When our client chose Pinnacle Mountain Homes and Collective Design to bring their vision to life, it was based on the reputation of ensuring a remarkable experience throughout the process, in addition to a beautiful end product.Â
After a detailed architectural design process with the clients, we translated their vision into a stunning 3D rendering. Gone are the days of traditional black and white plans – our team uses advanced technology to provide clients with a realistic preview of their future home.
Building on a Grand Scale
The build is now in full swing with a target completion date of Winter 2024. Each step of the process is executed on a grand scale, with the excavation work alone involving massive foundation digging. The pouring of the 40-foot high concrete walls was a sight rarely seen in residential construction and even more impressive due to the location.
